Meet our Course Director

Putting together the leviathan that is The WILD is a massive team effort that requires experience, drive and passion from all involved. Perhaps a slight sadistic streak is a useful character trait too! Those who know our Course Director, Terry Davis of Highland Events (Northburn 100, Mt Difficulty Ascent, Ultra Easy), know that he has all these qualities in abundance. We are very lucky to have Terry, not only as a trustee of The Wild For Nature Charitable Trust, but now also as Course Director overseeing all five of The WILD courses. As for why Terry wanted to get involved, that's best left to the man himself.... "I'm super excited to be the Course Director for The WILD..." he said recently, with the usual Terry twinkle in the eye, before continuing "... apart from anything else it's a great excuse to spend several days in the mountains with mates doing the course marking and safety work. But more than anything, I just love being part of something epic and this is some epic shit!"
