What to expect
Our short, sharp and rather beastly prequel race that happens on the Friday afternoon. Choose to do this and then relax for the weekend OR combine with one of the longer Saturday V races OR combine with Saturday's Beast of Brow to be a part of the Beastly Double! The Tour de France starts with a time trial race and this will use the same format with runners heading off at 15-20 sec intervals in their quest to be crowned the Beast of Beetham. So much fun to be had!

Participants will be set off at 15-20 sec intervals to chase one another up and down this classic hill.
There are no time limits and no cut-offs so take your time and enjoy the epic views if that's your style!
The course record stands at 50:29 - can it be beaten?
Minimum age: 14 years on race day (under 16's must be accompanied by an adult)
