An Evening With iRunFar
To kick off the fun and frivolity we are stoked to welcome the founders of iRunFar, Bryon Powell and Meghan Hicks to Arrowtown.
We'll have this amazing couple, with their unrivalled knowledge and experience of all things trail, on stage for a chat and Q&A with Mal Law, Event Director. This will be followed by a selection of awesome trail movies with a distinctly local flavour.
Refreshments - snack food & drinks, including great craft beer from Altitude Brewing - will be available.

Wilding pine control
The native habitat restoration that the Wild For Nature Trust is part of all starts with clearing the land of invasive species. Chief amongst these is wilding pine. Join our trustees and local group Arrowtown Choppers on the trails near Arrowtown to help these efforts along.
It won't be too taxing so don't use "I've got a big race in a couple of days" as an excuse. Come and help make a difference.

Anna Frost & Trail Run Film Festival
The only New Zealand showing of the 2023 Trail Running Film Festival movies is preceded by a talk from legendary Kiwi mountain goat and two times winner of the Hardrock 100 Endurance Run, Anna Frost.
Frosty will share her running story from humble roots to professional runner to adventurous mum. Be prepared to be inspired!

Fun Run with Frosty
Between them, Anna Frost and Courtney Dauwalter have won the Hardrock 100 run four times (Frosty in 2015 & 2016 and Courtney in 2022 & 2023).
This is your chance to go for a 5k jog around the local river trails and have a chat with these legends of the sport. Free for all entrants and their supporters.
