Entry information

We have done all we can to keep entry fees as reasonable as possible, but creating a safe and enjoyable experience comes at a cost.

Any proceeds that may eventuate from The WILD will be used by The Wild For Nature Trust to further develop the event in future years and to help fund the important native habitat restoration work that we are committed to undertaking.

Regardless of the end financial result we are guaranteeing that 5% of all entry fee revenue will go directly into our Rewilding Fund to source native seedlings and equipment for planting out areas through which you will find yourself running. So thanks for entering and thanks for helping support the long process of bringing back native flora and fauna to the area. In our inaugural year we raised over $8,000 in this way - that's enough to plant and care for 800 native trees!

Entries for WILD PIONEERS (anyone who started one of our events in 2023) open on Friday March 1st at 8am NZT.

General entries open Friday March 8th at 8am NZT.

Discounts for 2022 entrants

As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering a 20% discount to anyone who had a live entry to the The WILD 2022 at the time that it was cancelled.

A discount code will be emailed to all these people before entries for the 2023 event open. If you qualify for this discount but have not received your discount code please email us at info@thewild100.org.
